New Years

Happy New Year! Yesterday was new years even. Until 5:30 we the family wasn’t planning on doing much. Then my mother asked what we should have for dinner. ” dinner” I repeated. ” there’s nothing to eat.” So her my sister and I literally ran to Trader Joe’s with literally 30 mins. before it was suppose to close. On our way there we decided to make broccoli chowder. So we went into the store and split up. Me alone to get the shop supplies and of courses help my self to 4-5 mini samples of free coffee. I know you’re suppose to take only one but I need all five to function in the store. So we got everything and then we decided to go to grandmart for vegetables. then we got a movie, Hajra ended up picking transformers. I wanted to watch Caroline. While we were deciding, we were holding back a long line and someone from the line goes, ” ladies please just pick them all.” Embarassed, I went to the car.

When we finally came home, I started making the chowder. While it was getting done, I cleaned the entire house, because there was no way I was going to experience new years with a dirty house. So after I cleaned we ate chowder, watched the movie, and for dessert ended my having these yummy hazelnut candies from Trader Joe’s and went to bed at two.  Did I mention Transformers sucked! It did honestly.
